Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Differentiated thyroid carcinoma; minimal extrathyroidal extension; reoperation for persistent or recurrent lymph node metastases; aged over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known distant metastases; distant metastasis diagnosed on whole-body scan with diagnostic I131
