This is a two-arm, double-blind, randomized controlled clinical trial. The sample size adopted is 42 individuals, divided into two arms, one called the intervention group and the other a control group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being a student regularly enrolled in the nursing course; being in the 9th or 10th-degree semester; having a cell phone with internet to access the app; showing availability to participate in the research; being available to participate in the meetings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students who have any impediment (personal, emotional, and others) the use of the app; do not have a mobile device with the Android or IOS operating system; express unfamiliarity with digital technology; tahose who did not complete the research stages.
