Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low-risk pregnant women; aged between 18 and 40; literate; capable of getting the MAP checked by vaginal palpation; sexually active (penetrative sex) in the past four weeks, absence of diseases that contraindicate or limit adherence to physical exercise.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who have developed diseases that limited exercise; intolerance physical examination; allergy to condom used in the examination; contraindications of maintaining sexual activity.

| Improvement of female sexual function in pregnancy assessed by a self-reported questionnaire (FSFI). This questionnaire provides a score of 0-36 where the higher the score better sexual function. It will also be used cohort value below 26.5 for determination of sexual dysfunction. | — |
