18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low-risk pregnant women; aged between 18 and 40; literate; capable of getting the MAP checked by vaginal palpation; sexually active (penetrative sex) in the past four weeks, absence of diseases that contraindicate or limit adherence to physical exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who have developed diseases that limited exercise; intolerance physical examination; allergy to condom used in the examination; contraindications of maintaining sexual activity.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of female sexual function in pregnancy assessed by a self-reported questionnaire (FSFI). This questionnaire provides a score of 0-36 where the higher the score better sexual function. It will also be used cohort value below 26.5 for determination of sexual dysfunction.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improved function of the pelvic floor muscles evaluated by modified Oxford scale and perineometry.
