Anxiety will be assessed in all 170 women, before and after the exam, and will be assessed using the Beck Anxiety Index. The pain of 170 women will be evaluated using the visual analogue pain scale af

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: to be a man; age 18 years or over; to use cocaine/crack as a principal drug; to present high level of anxiety; to be during the development of Therapeutic Plan Singular that is when the patient doesn’t have contact with other health professional and he is not participating of any group in the health facility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: they were experiencing a psychotic episode; had thought-disorder or who were unable to give consent; they were intoxicated by any psychoactive substance; and they were not fluent in Portuguese.
