In the Control group - composed of 15 participants, two capsules without active substance were administered orally, corn starch (200 mg) in a single administration
In the Magnesium group - composed of 15 participants, two magnesium capsules (200 mg) were administered orally in a single administration
In the group Magnesium + Vitamin B6 - composed of 15 participants, two magnesium and vitamin B6 capsules (200 mg each) were administered orally in a single administration
In the Vitamin B6 group - composed of 15 participants, two vitamin B6 capsules (200 mg) were administered orally in a single administration.

Design outcomes

| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Expected outcome 1: It is expected to find a decrease in the increase in Blood Pressure (BP) at the moment of the speech (stressor) verified by means of the digital tensiometer, from the observation of a variation of 1 mmHg in the pre and post-intervention measurements;Expected outcome 2: It is expected to find a decrease in the elevation of the Heart Rate (HR) recorded by means of the digital tensiometer, from the finding of a variation of 5% in the measurements between the intervention groups.;Expected outcome 3: It is expected to find a decrease in the rise in Extremity Temperature (ET) recorded using the Physiograph I-330-C2 Plus Clinical System® equipment, based on the observation of a 1ºC variation in the measurements between the groups of intervention.;Expected outcome 4: It is expected to find a decrease in the elevation of the Electric Skin Conductance (CEP) recorded using the Physiograph I-330-C2 Plus Clinical System® equipment, based on the finding of a 5% variation in the measurements between the groups intervention.;Secondary outcomes are not expected;Outcome found 1: There was a decrease in the increase in Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP) at the moment of the speech (stressor) verified by means of the digital tensiometer, from the finding of a difference of 9 mmHg in the measurements between the control group and the group supplemented with vitamin B6.;Outcome found 2: Considering all phases of the TSFP between the four groups, no significant differences were observed in the variation of Heart Rate;Outcome found 3: Analyzing all the experimental moments between the four groups, significant variations in the Extremity Temperature were observed when comparing the Magnesium group (31.18) with the Magnesium + B6 group (27.82) at time of recovery;Outcome found 4: In the comparison between the groups, it was observed that the individuals at the moment they made the speech presented a similar behavior, characterized by the decrease of the Skin Electric Conducta | — |
