60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age equal to or greater than 60 years; physically active; normotensive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects unable to remain in the stand up position for at least 10 minutes; patients with rheumatological diseases; subjects with acute and/or chronic joint pain; subjects with cardiovascular disease

Expected outcome 1 Expected to find a change in heart rate variability, assessed by means of a heart rate monitor, around 10% in the time interval between 2 heart beats, collected immediately after the intervention;Outcome found 1 An increase in heart rate variability was found in both groups, immediately after the application of the interventions
