Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with indication for bariatric surgery using the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass technique; For the eutrophic group will be selected women with nutritional classification of eutrophy, according to the body mass index.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Will be excluded from the study of patients who present modification in the standard surgical technique, loss of follow-up with staff, pregnant women, thyroid diseases, psychiatric disorders and cancer.
