Eligibility

Age

18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 55 years; both sexes; indication for bilateral extraction of impacted or unerupted lower third molars; clinical conditions allowing the procedure under local anesthesia; agreement to participate in the study by signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to local anesthetics; presence of acute infection at the intervention site; history of allergy to components of the anesthetic solution; pregnant or breastfeeding women; patients with systemic conditions that contraindicate the surgical procedure; inability to attend the sessions required for study completion
