Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Independent participants in the execution of the march; classified in stages 2 and 3 on the Hoehn and Yahr's Disability Scale; have preserved capacity for recognizing shapes and numbers; be able to sequence shapes and numbers proposed by the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who needed any kind of assistance to carry out the march; carriers of diseases that would prevent testing; those who were undergoing physiotherapeutic treatment or who were in a long-term institution

Expected outcome 1: It is expected to find improvement in gait based on the increase in the distance covered in the 6-minute walk test after intervention with a method based on the Trail making test associated with functional activities. ;Outcome 1: No superiority was found in the gait assessed from the distance covered in the 6-minute walk test when comparing the dual task group based on the trail making test with the control group based on conventional treatment. A p = 0.36 was observed between the groups.

Expected outcome 2: It is expected to find an improvement in the performance of activities of daily living verified by the Katz index for the group that performed the double task through a method based on the Trail making test associated with functional activities. ;Outcome 2: The Katz index showed that the transfer to activities of daily living that, although not worked directly in any of the interventions, had their execution time reduced in the group that performed the dual task method. A p = 0.19 was observed for the control group and an important difference for the dual task group, which had a p = 0.02.;Expected outcome 3: It is expected to find a reduction in the fear of falling assessed using the FES scale after individuals have undergone interventions, both with dual tasks and with conventional training.;Outcome 3: There were no changes before and after intervention in relation to the fear of falling verified using the FES scale, both in the double task group (p = 0.45) and in the control group (p = 0.29) and not even between groups. (p = 0.45).
