Age
9 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages between 9 and 10 years old; both sexes; informed consent from parents or guardians; enrolled and regularly attending a public elementary school

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students diagnosed with any psychological and/or psychiatric disorder; intellectual and cognitive disabilities; those using medication; those in the acute phase of such disorders; those already practicing meditation or related activities; or those who have done so in the past 12 months

To evaluate the effectiveness of the program in relation to mental health, for this, the SDQ questionnaire (Difficulties and Capabilities Questionnaire) was used, which is a brief behavioral assessment with scores for conduct problems, inattention-hyperactivity, emotional symptoms, problems with colleagues and pro-social behavior

To evaluate the mindfulness skills, for this purpose, the CAMM (Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure) questionnaire was used;To verify the improvement in emotional regulation, for this purpose, the ERQ-CA (Emotion Regulation Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents) was used
