Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a decrease in the symptoms of anxiety and depression of the university students who participated in the study group in relation to those who stayed in the control group, using the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 questionnaires for the evaluation. We expect a decrease of 5 to 10% compared to the control group

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in the quality of life and postural balance of the university students who participated in the study group in relation to those who were in the control group, using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire for the evaluation of quality of life and AMTI force platforms for evaluation of body balance. We expect a 5% increase over the control group
