Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older; hospitalized for more than 24 hours in the hospital center who present functional limitations in performing Activities of Daily Living and who have a score of 25 points or higher on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with injuries resulting in spinal instability, metastases, and bone lesions that impair mobility during gameplay; severe neurological conditions that prevent the safe use of immersive virtual reality; clinical contraindications for rehabilitation activities; visual or balance disorders that prevent and/or hinder the use of immersive virtual reality; history of seizures or use of medications that may lower the seizure threshold

Analysis of the functionality of Activities of Daily Living training using immersive virtual reality through Modified Barthel Index before and after the intervention ;The goal is to analyze the motivation for using the resource evaluated through the Intrinsic Motivation Inventory Task Evaluation Questionnaire in Brazilian Portuguese;The usability of the system is expected to be evaluated using the system usability scale (SUS);The occurrence of adverse events is expected to be assessed using the Simulator Motion Sickness Questionnaire
