Post-Exercise Recovery Muscle Strength

Interventions

This is a randomized, triple-blind, two-arm clinical trial. Volunteers will be randomized using specific software into two groups: Experimental Group (8 participants) and Shan Group (8 participants).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male participants aged 18 to 35 years will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have engaged in strength training within the last six months, have a history of lower-limb musculoskeletal injuries in the last six months, have frequent prior experience with cupping therapy, or have used anabolic steroids within the last six months

To evaluate muscle swelling, thickness, and circumference following cupping therapy or a sham intervention.
