Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea through polygraphy or polysomnography, referred from the Sleep Medicine outpatient clinic; with an Apnea–Hypopnea Index greater than or equal to 15 events/hour; who have never used any positive airway pressure therapy, whether Continuous Positive Airway Pressure or bilevel positive airway pressure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who present with central events on polygraphy or polysomnography; have neuromuscular diseases with hypoventilation and are indicated for oronasal mask use
