Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that those women who participated in the exercise group improved the quality of life score, the EORTC QLQC-30 and BR-23 instrument demonstrated that the higher the score, the better the quality of life. We still expect a decrease in depressive symptoms to occur among women who exercised, evaluated using the Beck-short form instrument, an index greater than or equal to 3 indicates depressive symptoms. Functional capacity is expected to improve in those women who have exercised. This will be assessed through the six-minute walk test, the longer the walking distance in six minutes, the better the functional capacity. The inflammatory markers evaluated through the blood test should also be smaller in those more active and exercise women. The practice of physical activity is accompanied by a change in eating habits, so eating habits should be modified, such as eating healthier and less caloric foods. This lifestyle change reduces the side effects of oncological treatment to which these patients are subjected, such as cardiotoxicity, thromboembolic diseases, we believe that this change in lifestyle can increase the survival of women with breast cancer.
