Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Physically independent participants who have not participated in structured exercise programs for at least 3 months will be included in the study. In addition, absence of clinical conditions or unstable disease that contraindicates the practice of supervised physical exercise during pre-participation screening; history of lower back pain lasting more than one week; pain greater than 3 on the pain perception scale (0 to 10 points) in the lumbar spine; have no history of trauma or surgery in the lumbar spine; no spinal and knee disorders that make it impossible to perform exercises, no hypertension, cardiovascular disease, heart failure, myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident, are inclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Performing any type of exercise for the spine during the intervention period or engaging in another physical activity program; continuous use of drugs and / or ergogenic resources that positively or negatively interfere with performance; participants affected by limiting health conditions; and pregnancy during the intervention period.
