Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: It was expected to find better results in oxidative stress and biomarkers in the moderate exercise group, using the two-way variance analysis method, based on the finding a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention periods.;Outcome found 1: A significant difference was observed in the time effect of the 3 groups, in fat loss and in the increase in the Nitric Oxide marker, using the two-way variance analysis method, between the pre- and post-intervention periods.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
No secondary outcomes were expected.
