18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; age over 18 years; waist larger than 80cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics; pregnant women; using anabolic steroids; diagnosis of chronic kidney disease, liver disease or neoplasia; with reduced cognitive ability; absence of signature of the informed consent form.

Weight reduction; average of 500g less per week, verified from the monthly nutritional assessment
