Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes; between 18 and 50 years old; with no complaints of cervical pain in the last two weeks and with a cervical range of motion difference of at least 10 ° between right and left sides for rotational movement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma; injuries or surgery in the cervical region; contraindications to receiving manual therapy such as infections and active inflammations; neoplasms; deep vein thrombosis; skin changes; congenital anomalies; presence of symptoms such as hypotension; fever; nausea; lethargy; flushing and edema in the region of application of the technique; use of analgesic medication in the last 48h and have received myofascial release technique in the last 3 months.

Cervical flexion and extension: Movement performed by the cervical spine vertebrae in the sagittal plane under the lateral-lateral axis, which was evaluated in this study by means of the Cervical-Range-Of-Motion (CROM) device, which presents data expressed in degrees of movement.;Right and left cervical tilt: Movement performed by the vertebrae of the cervical spine in the coronal plane under the anteroposterior axis was evaluated in this study by means of the CROM device, which presents data expressed in degrees of movement.;Right and left cervical rotation: Movement performed by the vertebrae of the cervical spine in the transverse plane under the craniocaudal axis, which was evaluated in this study by means of the CROM device, which presents data expressed in degrees of movement.
