Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are adults between 18 and 59 years of age; who have mild to moderate depressive symptoms; both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Will be excluded individuals who score above the cutoff of 20 points in the PHQ-9 screening for depressive symptoms; individuals who have previous diagnoses of psychiatric disorders presented by a psychiatrist; individuals with incomplete elementary education; individuals who do not reside in Sao Paulo city; individuals who do not have access to the internet; individuals who present more than two absences during the program sessions, and individuals who refuse to continue in the program

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a decrease in depressive symptoms in the sample, assessed by Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI)

It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Quality of life, assessed by WHOQOL brief scale;It is expected to find an increase in Flourishing/Flourishing levels, assessed by Flourishing Scale ;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Religiousness, assessed by DUREL scale;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Spirituality, assessed by ARES and Coping Religioso Espiritual Breve- CRE-brief ;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Gratitude, assessed by Escala Brasileira de Gratidão B-GRAT;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Altruism, assessed by Escala de Altruísmo Auto informado;It is expected to find an increase in involvement with Volunteering. Participants' self-reports will be collected if they performed any volunteer work in the last month and how many hours this work lasted;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Happiness, assessed by Escala de Felicidade Subjetiva;Expected to find an increase in the Social Support network, assessed by APGAR Familiar e Escala Multidimensional de Suporte Social Percebido;It is expected to find an increase in the willingness to practice Forgiveness, assessed by Inquisit Heartland Forgiveness Scale;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Resilience, assessed by Resilience Scale ;It is expected to find an increase in engagement with a Life purpose, assessed by Teste Propósito de Vida;It is expected to find an increase in the levels of Life satisfaction, assessed by Escala de Satisfação com a Vida
