Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: University students with complaints of neck pain; both genders; aged between 18 and 40 years; not using any controlled medication, except for contraceptives; not undergoing any type of physical therapy or similar treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Be pregnant; history of spinal fracture and/or surgery; history of tumor or cancer in the spine, pelvic organs, and/or gastrointestinal tract; skin problems such as mycoses, recent wounds, psoriasis, cuts, or dermatitis in general; physical impairments that prevent the performance of the proposed treatments
