Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women between 18 and 48 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain in the last three months; Inactive; have used analgesic, anti-inflammatory, opioid or immunosuppressive medication

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the primary pain threshold, verified by the pressure algometer, from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements. ;Improvement of the functionality of the core, verified by the load cell via chronojump software, from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements.
