Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being female; age between 18 years and 80 years; body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 25 kg / M2; use the public health service.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: against medical indications to perform physical activity with moderate and vigorous intensity; have a cardiac pacemaker; pregnant women; already carry out physical activity programs.
