Age
17 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of both sexes; aged between 18 and 59 years; with persistent and or recurrent low back pain for at least three months; with clinical characteristics compatible with mechanical low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with low back pain of non mechanical origin including oncological inflammatory or rheumatic causes; pregnant women; individuals with a history of spinal surgery; individuals with neurological diseases; participants undergoing concomitant physiotherapeutic treatment for low back pain; and individuals unable to understand study instructions or the consent process

Evaluate self selected walking speed; verified using the 10 meter walk test; speed in meters per second will be analyzed at pre intervention and post intervention
