| Time of labor: evaluated according to the elapsed time in minutes. This measurement will be evaluated separately in the first and second stages of the labour. The first active stage of TP ranges from 5 cm to complete cervical dilation (10 cm) and generally does not extend beyond 12 hours in primiparas, and 10 hours in subsequent labour. The second stage is the time period between complete cervical dilation and the birth of the baby. The duration of this stage varies. In primiparae, birth is usually completed in 3 hours, while in subsequent labour, birth is completed in about 2 hours.;Pain: assessed according to the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The NRS is a simple, quick-to-apply instrument consisting of a 10-centimeter line, in which the far right (0) represents the best result (no pain) and the far left (10) (unbearable pain), such as the worst result. The individual being assessed must mark an “x” at the point on the line that he believes best corresponds to his status at the time of assessment and the distance between the zero (0) point and the marked one must be measured by a ruler. Furthermore, the descriptors 0 (zero) correspond to the absence of pain; 1 to 3 mild pain; 4 to 7 moderate pain; 8 to 9 severe pain and 10 unbearable pain. It will be evaluated before applying the intervention and between 8 to 10 centimeters of dilation. | — |

| Types of Delivery: vaginal, instrumented vaginal (use of forceps or vacuum extractor) or cesarean section. It will be evaluated in the postpartum period from the patient's medical record.;Perineal tears: assessed according to the presence of perineal tears in the perineal region and/or performance of episiotomy. Perineal laceration is classified as first-degree: when it involves the frenulum of the labia minora, the skin of the perineum and the vaginal mucosa and periurethral lacerations. Second degree laceration: when it affects, in addition to those mentioned, the fascia and muscles of the perineal body. Third-degree laceration: when involving the external anal sphincter. And fourth-degree laceration: when the rectal mucosa is crossed with exposure to light, implying rupture of the external and internal anal sphincters. It will be evaluated in the postpartum period from the patient's medical record.;Maternal fatigue: assessed according to the labour Maternal Perception of Fatigue Questionnaire (QMFP). It is a questionnaire with 51 items, consisting of the domains, perception of general health, physical, emotional, functional and cognitive aspects of the parturient. This questionnaire has a cutoff point of 50, where from 15 to 50 points characterizes a low level of fatigue and from 51 to 75 a high level of fatigue. The QMFP classifies maternal fatigue as mild, moderate or severe in parturients. It will be evaluated before applying the intervention and between 8 to 10 centimeters of dilation.;Childbirth satisfaction: assessed according to the Numerical Rating Scale. It is a simple instrument, of quick application, which consists of a 10 centimeter line, in which the extreme right (0) represents the worst result (not satisfied) and the extreme left (10) (completely satisfied), as the best result. The participant must mark an “x” at the point on the line where she believes best corresponds to her satisfaction at the time of assessment and the distance between the zero | — |
