Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of fibromyalgia; Women; Over 18 years old; Medical certificate for physical exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present some incapacitating disease for physical exercise.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is pain. The verification of the changes will be carried out each month by the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire and through digital Fischer algometry. At the end of the intervention, a significant reduction of pain is expected.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life; Depression; Mood States; Anxiety and Sleep Disorders. To obtain the data, the following instruments will be used: Fibromyalgia impact questionnaire - quality of life - Beck Depression Inventory, Brunel mood states, Beck Anxiety Inventory and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Evaluations will be held each month. A significant reduction of these variables is expected at the end of the intervention.
