Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maximum oxygen consumption, ventilatory thresholds, muscle strength and fat percentage are expected to be associated with performance in the triathlon race. These variables will be measured through cardiorespiratory assessment, muscle assessment and body composition assessment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an optimal cycling intensity that does not compromise subsequent running speed. Running performance will be evaluated through a maximum test of 5km performed on a treadmill.
