Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of the research target courses who present complaints related to difficulties in interpersonal relationships and symptoms of psychological distress. Minumim age 18 years. Both genders. Students who have or have not responded to the assessment protocol in the first study proposed in this project may participate. Indication of the need to participate in a Social Skills Training program (according to the score obtained in the Del-Prette Social Skills Inventory - IHS2-Del-Prette). Clinical indices of depression, generalized anxiety and/or social anxiety, according to the score obtained on the instruments used for such assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those students who at the time of the pre-test are undergoing psychological and/or psychiatric treatment will not be included

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
As a primary outcome, an improvement in the social anxiety index of students participating in online and face-to-face Social Skills Training is expected compared to the repertoire of participants in Control Group 2. This variable will be measured using the psychological assessment instrument Social Anxiety Questionnaire for Adults (CASE).;As a primary outcome, an improvement in the generalized anxiety index of students participating in online and face-to-face Social Skills Training is expected compared to the repertoire of participants in Control Group 2. This variable will be measured using the psychological assessment instrument Questionnaire of Disorder Generalized Anxiety (GAD-7).;As a primary outcome, an improvement in the depression index of students participating in online and face-to-face Social Skills Training is expected compared to the repertoire of participants in Control Group 2. This variable will be measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 psychological assessment instrument. (PHQ-9).;As a primary outcome, an improvement in the Social Skills repertoire of students participating in online and face-to-face Social Skills Training is expected compared to the repertoire of participants in Control Group 2. This variable will be measured using the instruments Social Skills Assessment Questionnaire, Behaviors and Contexts for University Students – QHC University Students and Social Skills Inventory 2 (IHS2-Del-Prette).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As a secondary outcome, the perception of academic self-efficacy in higher education will be evaluated using the Higher Education Self-efficacy Scale.
