Age
20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be between 20 and 50 years old, of both sexes, be blind, be frequent attenders of the Association of blind people of the State of Piauí, have a good cognitive understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute fracture, spinal cord tumor, acute infections, malignant spinal neoplasm, frank disc heation with signs of progressive neurological deficit, neoplasms of muscle tissue or other soft tissues, generalized congenital hypermobility, syringomyelia, etiology hydrocephalus unknown, labyrinthitis, autism, osteoporosis.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that after intervention with the Pilates method, there will be changes in the initial points of biophotogrammetry in body posture, as well as an improvement in body awareness assessed by the choice of the three-dimensional silhouetted puppet that represents the volunteer's body mass index.
