Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of heart failures with ejection fraction equal or greater than 40%, New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II and III, sedentary adults, both genders, age 21-65, smartphone with internet acess
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or cardiac surgery within 3 months prior to study initiation, respiratory disorders, pregnant women, smokers or former smokers for less than 5 years, hemodynamic instability, recent facial trauma, orthopedic or neurological conditions that prevent the performance of exercises
