Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stages 3 and 4; aged between 18 and 65 years; both sexes; patients under outpatient nephrology follow-up for at least 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment; presence of acute respiratory infection; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; decompensated heart failure; unstable angina; recent acute myocardial infarction; bedridden or wheelchair-bound patients with mobility limitations; patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis treatment; patients with grade II and III obesity; patients who regularly practice any type of physical activity
