- Real Acupuncture Group: 53 volunteers will receive 4 sessions of acupuncture (1 time per week for 4 weeks) to control anxiety using points VC17, PC6 and P9. - Acupuncture Group Control: 53 volunteer

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals over 18 years of age with anxiety and / or VAS complaints for anxiety greater than 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who perform some drug treatment for anxiety and pregnant women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of symptoms related to anxiety in the 4-week period using acupuncture and phytotherapy, verified by the IDATE and VAS questionnaire, based on the observation of a variation of at least 30% in the pre and post-intervention measures.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Detection of the improvement of symptoms related to anxiety by the Technique of Bioelectrography before and after the period of 4 weeks of treatment with acupuncture and phytotherapy, based on the observation of a variation of at least 30% in the pre and post-intervention measures.
