Eligibility

Age
6 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CChildren Children aged 6 to 14 years. Physical status ASA I and II according to the classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). With elective surgery scheduled for up to 04 hours in duration. Parents: be 18 years or older. Be literate and communicate verbally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children Children with neuropsychomotor deficit and using psychoactive drugs. With hearing and / or visual impairment. Using pre-anesthetic medication. Hospital stay longer than 07 days. Parents Exclusion Criteria: Not having accompanied the child since admission to the operating room.

Differences in 1 score children's anxiety scores in the preoperative period at Visual Analog Anxiety Scale, Children’s Perceptions of Pictures to Measure Anxiety Scale and Yale modific scale.;Anxiety will be verified using the modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale, Visual Analog Anxiety Scale, Children’s Perceptions of Pictures to Measure Anxiety Scale.
