Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that participants with WB-NECT (Whole-Body Neuromuscular Eletrostimulation and Concurrent Training) will show significant improvements in anthropometric parameters, body composition, blood pressure, physical fitness, and biochemical markers, which will be evaluated through anthropometric measurements, multifrequency bioelectrical impedance, automatic blood pressure monitoring, physical tests, and blood collection, respectively.
