Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Climacteric women with symptoms assessed using the Kupperman Index.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of hormone replacement therapy; consumption of supplements with some type of phytoestrogen; consumption of hypolipidemic or hypoglycemic agents; frequent consumption of alcoholic beverages; smoking.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in climacteric symptoms available through the Kupperman Index at the end of 90 days.;increased estradiol hormone assessed by laboratory examination at the end of 90 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of lipid profile and blood glucose assessed by biochemical tests at the end of 90 days.;Reduction of systemic blood pressure assessed by measurement at the end of 90 days.;Reduction in the baseline value of follicle stimulating hormone assessed by laboratory examination at the end of 90 days.
