| Therapeutic effects of Vitamin D on depression; The method that will be used to verify the expected outcome will be applying the Montgomery-Asberg Depression Scale to assess the reduction in depressive symptom scores; The presentation of the parameters used to verify if the outcome occurred will be obtained by improving the score related to the severity levels of depression after treatment with vitamin D, around 70%; ;Therapeutic action of Vitamin D on cardiovascular risk factors will be evaluated by their presence or by the evolution or alteration of the parameters evaluated.;Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH), through systolic blood pressure levels, diastolic blood pressure; Reduction of systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels is expected ;Lipid profile, with total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol / HDL dosages); Serum levels of total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and serum HDL cholesterol levels are expected to be reduced; Coronary artery disease: coronary calcium score> 100 or> 75th percentile for age or gender, exercise test or myocardial scintigraphy showing signs of myocardial ischemia ;Stroke: clinical picture and (or) suggestive imaging;;Peripheral obstructive arterial disease: brachial ankle index <0.9; arterial stenosis detected by lower limb USG;;Atheromatosis carotidiana: stenosis / carotid thickening;Heart Failure: Left ventricular hypertrophy or reduction of left ventricular systolic function or diastolic dysfunction, detected by the Doppler echocardiogram;;Heart Arrhythmia: detected by resting electrocardiogram, 24 hour Holter or exercise test;Diabetes Mellitus, Tolerance to Decreased Glucose or Insulin Resistance (fasting glycemia, hemoglobin A1C, TTOG, basal insulin, insulin curve, HOMA Index);Serum markers of cardiovascular risk (high sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine, lipoprotein A);;Hypo- or hyperthyroidism (ultra-sensitive TSH, free T4, free T3;;Chronic Kidney Disease, assessed | — |
