Age
20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes Adults aged at least 20 years Individuals who performed the activity of typing during your workday Pain complaints in the wrist joint, carpal and metacarpal Pain intensity from grade
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rheumatic diseases In treating inflammatory diseases In use of analgesic drugs and / or inflammatory Age above 50 years
