Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find positive adaptations to training in anaerobic parameters (i.e., anaerobic capacity and time to exhaustion).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find positive adaptations to training in aerobic parameters (i.e., VO2max and vVO2max and anaerobic threshold); It is expected to find positive adaptations to training in hematological variables (i.e., hematocrit, erythrocytes, hemoglobin and erythropoietin). ;It is expected to find positive adaptations to training on heart rate variability.;It is expected to find positive adaptations to training in relation to body composition (decrease in fat percentage)
