Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults between 18 and 100 years old; intubated or tracheostomized and on invasive mechanical ventilation in assisted or assisted-controlled mode at the time of bathing; with oncohematological disease as the basic diagnosis; patients with at least 4 uninterrupted hours of invasive mechanical ventilation before bathing and 4 uninterrupted hours of mechanical ventilation after bathing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients using mechanical ventilator with misalignment or technical failure and patient with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: Decrease in the incidence of the number of mechanical ventilator respiratory rate audible alarms after parameterization of these alarms, to be verified by the quasi-poisson regression method, based on the finding of a variation of at least 5% in the group measurements. control and intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
No Secondary Outcomes Expected.
