Healthy group: 50 individuals of both sexes and will perform 3 modalities of vertical jump in the platform of force and evaluation of muscular activation during 7 seconds of isometry in the lumbar reg

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals without complaints; with musculoskeletal complaints; male and female; out of menstrual period; over 18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of injury that compromises the integrity of the musculature; Fractures in consolidation; Cognitive alterations; Visual changes that make it impossible to perform the tests

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in the functionality verified through the force platform, and decrease of the muscular activation verified by means of the electromigrafia, from the statistical verification for a level of significance of p <0,05 in the pre and post intervention measurements.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in knee and ankle angles, based on statistical significance for a significance level of p <0.05 in pre and post intervention measurements.
