| Expected outcome 1: It is expected to find as a result of the study, the microbial community in the health and disease group, by the method of DNA sequencing, analysis of the microbiome and with documented statistical difference, for term of identification, comparison and differentiation, as well as the result of the analysis Proteomics is expected to find proteins that express the relationship and differentiation between the groups studied, with molecular markers that identify the immune response pathway of patients;Outcome 1: The research results showed abundant microbial diversity in the Streptococcus Intermediuns, Corynebacterum Diphtheriae and Prevotella Bivia disease group in relation to the health group. The proteome showed a difference in protein diversity between the two groups, with proteins being more abundant in the health group than in the disease group. The alteration of the microbial community studied in the “health” group compared to the “disease” group, demonstrates that prevention and treatment techniques can be developed for the problem studied in the region, since important factors were identified that differentiated the two groups, associated with the proteomic profile identified, being able to demonstrate the exact interruption point of the patient's immune response and identify the prevention for the problem. The functions of the proteins identified in the health group in relation to the disease group, showed us an interruption in the immune response pathway in the disease group and the impediment of recovery of the pathway in the patient's body. | — |
