Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must be women aged 60 to 80; be physically independent; have no cardiovascular or musculoskeletal comorbidities, nor uncontrolled conditions that prevent physical exercise; not be undergoing hormone replacement therapy; and not have engaged in regular physical activity/exercise (two or more times per week) in the six months prior to the start of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: After the interventions begin, participants who participate in additional regular physical exercise programs, consume ergogenic dietary supplements, miss four consecutive sessions, or do not achieve an attendance rate of 75% will be excluded from the protocol analysis

| It's expected to observe possible changes in body composition through bioelectrical impedance analysis. The equipment works by using a 50kHz electrical current, which passes through the subject's body, traversing body tissues and encountering greater impedance when passing through fatty tissues. Eight electrodes are used, distributed across the participants' bodies, and at the end of the test, the resistance, reactance, and phase angle values ??are provided;It's expected to find improvements in the functional fitness, assessed through the following tests: Gait speed: To assess functionality, we will use the 4-meter Gait Speed ??test. In this test, the participant must cover a distance of four meters at maximum walking speed, without running. To measure walking speed without the interference of acceleration and deceleration, the course will include two additional meters before and after the four meters intended for evaluation. At the evaluator's command ("Go"), the participant will walk the eight meters, of which only the time necessary to pass between the points that determine the four-meter course is counted. Shirt donning and undoing test: The assessment of upper limb functional autonomy will emphasize mobility, agility, and coordination. For this, the participant will be asked to stand with their arms extended at their sides and a size L t-shirt in their dominant hand. At the evaluator's signal ("Go!"), she must put on the shirt completely and immediately take it off, returning to the initial position. Timed up and go test: Lower limb functionality will be assessed with emphasis on agility, mobility, dynamic balance, and speed. | It's expected to monitor anthropometric variables using a digital scale with an attached stadiometer to assess height and body mass in order to calculate the body mass index (BMI). Waist and hip circumference will be measured using an inelastic measuring tape. To avoid embarrassment for the participant, these anthropometric measurements will be taken by two female evaluators in a private location;It's intended to observe possible alterations in plasma concentrations of inflammatory cytokines. To this end, 5 ml blood samples, stored in collection tubes, will be centrifuged for 10 minutes at 1370xg to separate the serum, which will be stored at -80 degrees Celsius until analysis. From the plasma, the cytokines Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) will be quantified and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), using commercial kits according to the manufacturer's instructions | — |
