Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects between 18 and 45 years; both genres; with the pes cavus, diagnosed with a lateral radiograph in charge with the dominant foot where the angle of the internal Bartani was determined, which should be 125º.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a osteoarticular, tumoral or systemic degenerative diseases; having undergone foot surgery; having received manual foot treatment of some sort in the four weeks prior to the study; Using orthopodiatric treatment for pes cavus; having had serious trauma to the foot.

| Expected result 1 (main result). We expect an increase of up to 2 degrees in the internal angle of Moreau-Costa-Bertani, in the period of one week, verified by the method of measuring the angle with the help of an X-ray. There will be a variation in the measurements before and after the intervention. To measure the internal angle of Moreau-Costa-Bertani, we mark three points on the radiograph: the lowest point of the posterior tuberosity of the calcaneus; the lowest point of the head of the talus; and the plantarmost surface of the internal sesamoid. The union of these three points will configure the angle.;Expected result 2. We expect a decrease of up to 2 degrees in the angle of inclination of the calcaneus, in the period of one week, verified by the method of measuring the angle with the help of an X-ray. There will be a variation in the measurements before and after the intervention. To measure the angle of inclination of the calcaneus we will use the angle formed by the intersection of the line tangent to the plantar surface of the calcaneus with the line parallel to the horizontal of the floor.;Expected result 3. We expect a decrease of up to 2 degrees in the angle of decline of the first metatarsal, in the period of one week, verified by the method of measuring the angle with the help of an x-ray. There will be a variation in the measures of previous and subsequent intervention. To measure the angle of decline of the first metatarsal we take the angle resulting from the union of the first metatarsal axis and the horizontal axis. | — |
