90 parents of premature newborns will be selected to participate in the research, they will answer the Parental Stress Scale: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (PSS-NICU), then they will be randomized into

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fathers and mothers with premature newborns with a gestational age of less than 34 weeks admitted to the NICU, under invasive ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fathers and mothers of premature newborns, who have children with congenital malformations or whose newborns need palliative care. Fathers and mothers who do not wish to assume parenthood or motherhood. Fathers and mothers who have a hearing impairment.
