Group 1 (n=15): 15 healthy elderly people will participate in a cognitive-motor stimulation program with dual-task activities, carried out in groups, with frequency of 2 sessions of 60 minutes per wee

Eligibility

Age
60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people with 60 years or more, without neurological and psychiatric disorders, living in the community.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive decline, those with movement disorders, subjects with congenital or acquired amaurosis and those with severe cardiovascular and musculoskeletal comorbidities that preclude orthostatism and deambulation.
