Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: access to the internet and a device (cell phone, computer and/or tablet); ability to use the device; have a headset to use during calls; and have a private space for the sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women who do not meet the inclusion criteria (domain and/or do not have access to the internet; do not have a headset or a private place to hold the session); reporting chronic degenerative diseases, pelvic organ prolapse greater than grade II (according to the participant's report), urinary tract infection, neurological or psychiatric disease; who underwent pelvic floor muscle training and/or treatment of urinary incontinence previously; and with inability to answer the questionnaires properly.

Primary

To evaluate the effects of pelvic floor muscle training for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in the modality of teleconsultation and telemonitoring; It is expected that at the end of the treatment, the participants will have a reduction in urinary symptoms through pelvic floor muscle training.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction in urinary symptoms in the experimental group after 3 months of pelvic floor muscle training, verified using the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire – Short Form and pre- and post-intervention voiding diary.;It is expected to find improvement in the quality of life in the experimental group after 3 months of pelvic floor muscle training, verified through the Incontinence Quality of Life questionnaire pre and post intervention.;It is expected to find an increase in the perception of the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle training exercises in the experimental group after 3 months of intervention, through the Self-Efficacy Scale for Practicing Pelvic Floor Exercises pre and post-intervention.;It is expected to find high satisfaction with the treatment, in the experimental group, after 3 months of pelvic floor muscle training, verified by the post-intervention Subjective Healing question.;It is expected to find good adherence to the exercises after 3 months of pelvic floor muscle training, verified through the post-intervention exercise diary.
