Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Titanium implants manufactured by additive manufacturing (AM) by Plenum Bioengineering will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No exclusion criteria were applied for this study.

Expected outcome: It was expected that no implant losses would occur or that, if they did, the number of losses would be minimal throughout the follow-up period, considering the absence of the implant in the bone, failure of osseointegration, mobility, infection, or persistent pain as criteria for failure;Observed outcome: An initial loss of seven implants belonging to three patients was observed between 0 and 5 months after placement; these implants were subsequently rehabilitated and were not counted as failures. At 12 and 24 months, all included implants demonstrated a 100% survival rate, whereas at 36 months two implants failed in two patients without systemic conditions or smoking habits, resulting in a survival rate of 98.9%, with no further losses at the 48- and 60-month follow-ups
