Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old; internal hemorrhoidal disease grades III and IV; preoperative hemorrhoidectomy at Hospital Carlos Macieira
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of allergy to Pregabalin; who cannot adequately answer the questionnaire
