The intensity of pain will be verified through the score obtained by the response from volunteers on the catastrophic thinking scale on pain, which considers a score above 2 as the presence of high pain perception, and also the Roland-Morris Disability questionnaire, which considers scores above 10 as the presence of physical limitation due to pain. Moreover, the visual Analogue Scale that considering score above 10 as high pain. In addition, it is expected to find a positive effect after three months of the end of the treatments performed by follow-up, post-intervention, of responses to the same scales

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In this study, the overall quality of life will be evaluated in addition to the perception and intensity of low back pain of the volunteers considering that a score of zero is the worst quality of life and score 100 the best quality of life score. It is expected to find a positive effect of improvement in the quality of life of all volunteers after the interventions and after three months of the end of the interventions
