Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers of both sexes; insufficiently active sedentary identified by global physical activity questionnaire; aged between 18 and 50 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers active smokers; seizure history; pregnancy; signs of severity and/or indications for hospitalization; diagnosis of epilepsy or use of anticonvulsants; recent heart surgery (less than 3 months); unstable angina; clinical diagnosis of aneurysm; uncontrolled hypertension; metallic implants; tumor; previous brain surgery; important cranioencephalic anatomical alteration; chronic degenerative lower limb disease
